Great location and facilities
We had an excellent stay at this hostel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Coverack harbor. The facilities were great, with clean and well-equipped camping facilities. The campers' kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The hostel itself was lovely, with a self-catering kitchen and a games area that our kids loved. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Despite the negatives, there were some positive aspects of my stay. Being back in a youth hostel brought back nostalgic memories and added a unique charm to the experience. Additionally, the hostel had friendly and obliging staff who were always helpful. It was also nice to have the option of breakfast and evening meals, saving me the worry of finding a meal after a long day of exploring. it was a decent stay, but improvements in cleanliness would greatly enhance the experience.
I recently spent Christmas at a youth hostel in Cornwall. Although the location was great, with beautiful coastal views, there were a few drawbacks.

The location of this place is amazing! I loved being able to walk to the stunning coastal path and the beautiful harbor nearby. the views from the room were also a pleasant surprise. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that the beds were already made when we arrived. It gave a nice touch of comfort and made us feel welcomed.
There were a few things that could be improved. the kitchen was quite small and got extremely busy when more families arrived.

The location was great, very close to a beautiful harbour and the lush Lizard. Accommodation was clean and had a fantastic sea view. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The camping field was on a slope, which made it difficult to find a flat pitch. There was a lot of smoking and vaping near our tent, which we found unpleasant.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Despite the initial difficulties in finding the place, they were welcoming and made us feel at ease.
The lack of proper lighting and signage made it incredibly difficult to find the hotel when we arrived late at night. With no mobile signal and unreliable GPS, we were left wandering in the dark, rainy night, feeling utterly helpless.

Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day.
The room had an unpleasant smell and needed more ventilation and cleaning in the corners.

I enjoyed waking up to fine ocean views and walking down the hill to the beautiful harbour. The breakfast rolls were great and the staff were very helpful. This hotel had a pleasant dining room and lounge with a small orchard area perfect to relax in and watch the birds and rabbits.
All good.

Stayed here for a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The view from the room was spectacular and the location was perfect. The self-catering facilities were also top-notch.
The washroom could use some updating as it was a bit cramped. The internet connection was also quite slow, which made it difficult to conduct work-related tasks.
